Do you ever just sit around and contemplated the things you want for the future? I’ve had a real problem with “daydreaming” lately about the next house we buy and all the things it has to have or that I want to add. I’ve been focused on mainly the kitchen, Sydney’s room, and an entertainment room. So far I’m pretty sure I have to add tons of storage for my kiddo, home theater sconces, and a dishwasher. No, I currently do not have a dishwasher. You know, of all the houses we’ve looked at before it’s not a given that they have dishwashers for some reason in this area. Go figure. I’ve also made a strong case for the fact that I’ll be adding a pool if the house doesn’t already have one. I’m also thinking really cute pond/English garden area with a gazebo.

I had a spat with my mom earlier this week about vacations. She doesn’t understand that to have an actual “second honeymoon” for me and my husband would mean taking our 5 year old with us. She got mad like she was offended and said well I can take her. I said can you take […]

I’ve been trying to get organized lately. Organization for me means a lot smoother sailing around here. I can’t function in clutter anymore. It drags me down. Part of organizing means throwing out old papers that aren’t needed anymore. I mean who really needs receipts from ten years ago? Then of course, organizing the important […]

I haven’t really been cooking a lot lately. I’m not sure what is wrong with me because I am a great cook and usually find it therapeutic. It’s like when I try to make a new dish everyone complains about it or what is in it. Everyone is so picky. I suppose I should start […]

Sydney is growing up so fast. Sometimes I want to stack something on her head and stop her from getting any bigger. She assures me she’ll stay this size forever. Despite her promises I know that she’s falling in love with girly girl things including jewelry. I’m considering buying her a gold anklet to wear […]

With everything going on in the news around me it has be thinking about the possibility that children can get hurt too. I started to wonder about child life insurance and how many of the families of the children that have lost lives recently to “summer activities” actually had these policies? Sad as it may […]

Sydney has her annual summer sickness going on. She’s allergy prone and this seems to be her time. My dad noticed her having a hard time breathing like she had asthma the other day, after running. She had a really stuffed up nose all day yesterday and Sunday. Today, she’s like a limp little dish […]

Have you ever wondered how to get custom labels for your business? I have. I wanted something with a good quality that would look professional and not like it was made on a home computer. Of course, the business logo is key. Label World can make your food/wine company or even Wine Bottle Labels for […]

I’m bored and there is nothing to do. This town sucks so badly. Thankfully the fair is starting in a week or so. Although, I can’t see that providing too much entertainment beyond one night of fun and frolicking and one night of fireworks. Then we have the July 4th fireworks to look forward to […]

I’m thinking about investing into GPS Tracking for us and for a couple other people in my family as a present. I actually think it’s a nifty little present for people as I’d love to have it myself. LiveViewGPS provides tracking for individuals like me, as well as businesses. Why spend most of your time […]
